Apple maps are refusing to give directions to the DC area ahead of the pro-Trump protests.
Do not depend on technology to help you in the troubles that are coming. Make sure that you have a GPS that is not reliant on a cell phone, and maybe some paper maps of your AO and a compass as a backup.
