Weapons prohibited
Now that Governor Scott has declared a state of emergency (pdf warning)exists for the next 30 days in Orange County, Florida as a result of the terrorist attack there, are firearms prohibited in that county?

After reading that, I'm not sure his calling for a state of emergency is even legal.
