Roberts is NOT an originalist or a Constitutionalist. He is an interpretist.
Yes, he is a tad more conservative than Kagan and Sotomeyer. But only.
The nice thing about ACB is she balances his floppy squishy self.
Well. Hopefully ACB will balance Roberts out.
I was going to mention that Chief Judas Roberts will make sure it's a 5-4 split, but I see someone else got there first.
