An editorial in the New York Times claims that the hurricane hitting the Bahamas is the fault of the United States for failing to pass AOC's "Green New Deal."
As bad as that is, the quote I hated most was found in the comments:

Tiny carbon footprint?!? What about all the planes and ships that arrive everyday that provide the tourists that keep the Bahamas going? I mean, I guess we could just stop those.

So the commenter means China and India should pay for it, they're just too stupid to deal with numbers.
Not to mention the specious idea that rising sea levels have anything to do with CO2. Sea levels have been rising since the end of the last ice age, and if they were going down that would be a warning sign of an impending ice age.
