Two things I know beyond a shadow of a doubt: Blacks make up only 13% of our population, and the supply of ammunition is finally catching up to the demand. If it's a war they want, I'm sure the other 78% will be happy to oblige.

No, Tam. The fact remains that 52% of all murders in the US are committed by blacks, even though that demographic represents only 13% of the population.
Keep in mind that the majority of victims of black murderers are black. This seems to get lost in the heated debate.
People tend to kill people they know or people in their neighborhood. While there is more black on white crime than white on black crime, most crimes committed by blacks are against other blacks.
It's a symptom of a dysfunctional culture and fixing it won't be easy.
Making excuses or blaming whites for the problems of the inner city isn't going to help.
