“Unhappy it is, though, to reflect that a brother’s sword has been sheathed in a brother’s breast and that the once-happy plains of America are either to be drenched with blood or inhabited by slaves. Sad alternative! But can a virtuous man hesitate in his choice?” - George Washington, 1777

A Challenge to all
Show me the Article in the Constitution that grants the Government the power to:
1 Provide health care to anyone 2 Provide education 3 Provide money to anyone from the public dole
I don't know, I didn't really think about it before. I know according to the supreme court decision of San Antonio Indep. Sch. Dist. v. Rodriguez in 1973, The U.S. Constitution does not provide a right to equal education. This is why the No Child Left Behind Act does not have a national exam to test students every year.

I cannot comment on the first or the third, but the second, education is governed by the individual states.
EXACTLY, so why does the Federal Government mandate education rules?
