Bill of Attainder

A Bill of Attainder is an act of a legislature that finds a particular person or group of people guilty of a crime, and then imposes a penalty upon those people without trial. Bills of attainder are specifically prohibited by Article I, Section 9, Clause 3 of the US Constitution.

So let's say that you are a Communist and you want to take the property of those rich people. You simply target those people for property confiscation and accuse them of the crime of being wealthy. Instead of calling it a punishment, simply call it a tax.

That is what Bernie Sanders has done. He has introduced a bill to confiscate 60 percent of the windfall gains the country’s wealthiest billionaires made between March 18 and Aug. 3 by calling it a tax. He was quoted as saying:

In my view, we can no longer tolerate the three wealthiest people in America owning more wealth than the bottom 50 percent, while over 30 million Americans have lost their jobs and 92 million people are either uninsured or under-insured

The fact that so many people support this is another indication that we are in the midst of a Communist takeover of this country.
